5 Bound Angle Pose
This yoga pose is very awesome. From a seated position, bring the soles of your feet together letting your knees drop open gently to the sides. After that draw your heels as close towards your groin as you relax and comfortable. Interweave your hands around your feet, sit tall in the spine, and just relax shoulders down.
Then flutter your legs rapidly to help stimulate the lymphatic system. Finish fluttering after some rounds of breath. After that Inhale & lengthen your spine, exhale and fold forward with a flat back. Hold for 5 to10 breaths.
4 Plow pose one of best poses for constipation
For doing Plow pose you just have to lay on your back on the floor, place your arms on the floor beside you with your palms down. Inhale while lifting your feet off the floor, using the abdominal muscles to bring your legs in a vertical angle of 90°. With the help of hands support your hips and back as you lift them off the floor, and swing your legs over your head till then your toes touch the floor.
Hold for one minute and release the legs back to the starting position. This pose is actually little difficult for beginners but after practicing this you can easily do it, and enjoying its benefits especially by relief the constipation issues.
3 Standing Head to Knees Pose
I think it’s very simple yoga pose to understand, in above image you can easily understand how to perform this pose. Just fold forward hinging from the hips & relax your head, looking towards legs. Reach for your mat, trying to bring your hands along the side of your feet. You have to Hold for 5-10 breaths.
2 Corpse Pose
One of the simplest and easy yoga poses for constipation. Leave all the tensions of life and just relax in a reclined position. Legs the width of your yoga mat, feet flop open. Arms away from the sides of your body, palms facing upwards, fingers naturally curling. Close your eyes and think positive.
Soften your body from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet. Breathe smoothly. Do this pose for 5 to 7 minutes.
1 Child’s Resting Pose
Child’s Resting Pose is a very famous pose for constipation. For this, sit on the yoga mat with your knees spread out wider than the hips and tuck your feet underneath you with your big toes & touching one another. Lean forward with your hands on the floor in front of you, and slowly move so that your forehead is on or near the floor. After taking deep breaths you can leave this pose.
